How do I place an order?

Add products to cart, login, select a saved address, choose a delivery slot and payment method, then place the order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Login first, then open Track Order or My Orders to view the order timeline.

How do I return a grocery item?

Report fresh, damaged, expired, missing or wrong items as soon as possible. See the Return & Refund Policy for eligibility.

What payment methods are available?

Cash on Delivery, Online Payment and Razorpay are available in checkout. Live gateway processing requires your production payment credentials.

How do I become a seller?

Use Become a seller on GMax to register your business. Admin approval can be required before dashboard access.
